We need installation media for Premiere Elements 13

We have license keys but the software was downloaded direct from Adobe, so we no longer have a way to install. Does anyone have an idea where to find this - either in ISO format or as a downloadable installer?

You need to log in to your Adobe account (account.adobe.com) and click Plan in the heading bar.

In the left-hand panel, click Order History.

Find the product you want to download and click the link for it under Order#.

That will take you to a page from which you should be able to download any software you purchased and will also provide you with the serial numbers.
