Weird blank page and file name appeared after I moved my drive

Hi there, I was moving all my programs from c drive to e drive last week. However, since then, this weird page of my e drive appears everytime I open up library i.e starting screen or creating a new file. It did works before the transferring but now it just stuck here. I can access files and open text from this page, looks like it is demanding some kind of file sacrifice..

I don't really know what to search on google for this problem so this is the last place I can try.
