Is it safe to assume that Adobe's client base for software subscriptions increase daily?

You have the entire globe to sell to. Why increase your prices faster than Starbucks does?

Where I live, I have seen only 1 subscription rate increase since Creative Cloud launched in 2012.

Creative Cloud for individuals | Price changes in United States, Canada, and Mexico

Depending on your region's  local taxation laws and currency exchange rate, your mileage may vary some.
