Question

Where can I download my CS6 apps?

Hi, can you help me please?

I find no trace of my purchased or registred software on my account. Therefore there is no download link either.

How can I install Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection on another computer and register it?

Do I have to seek old installation disks, and upgrades hopefully kept on my backups?

I know I can also migrate my apps to another drive, but does the online activation process still work for those programs?

Same for Lightroom 6 purchased online.

And also, should I be able acess the old installers from my account if I re-register the serial numbers?

Thanks for your help.

I could put my hand on the install DVD, the former CS number and an external DVD reader. After unplugging and replugging the DVD reader 3 times on prompts to insert the install DVD, force quitting a Safari background process with Activity Monitor, the installation resumed. The upgrades installed without a hickup with Adobe Application Manager, and so far all seems to be fine. This in Mojave. I was worried that the upgrades might have been dropped, but not so far. Thanks Adobe and friends.

Thanks that you cared. BTW, is there still a way to upgrade PS CS6 13.0 to 13.0.6 ?

if you purchased from and registered with adobe, check https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html for info on how to download non-current adobe programs.

once you download, if you're having trouble finding your file(s), https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-downloaded-file-app.html

if that fails AND you've (a) registered your software with adobe or (b) can provide proof of purchase, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

for more info on adobe's 5/2019 policy on downloads, https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-limits-software-downloads.html and there are still some direct download links that work (https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-limits-software-downloads.html#ddl).

Thanks. Not much help unfortunately. The license registration returns error messages. It looks as though all online support for non CC apps has been dropped. I will try contacting personal support as suggested to find out if they can link me to the downloads..
