Where to ask questions about Adobe Porfolio

There is so little in depth information about Adobe Portfolio, and it seems that there is no dedicated forum either. My question: I have images that are 2880 pixels wide, but when I add them to Adobe Portfolio, they only display in full size at 2300 pixels. Why is that and how do I fix it?

2880 px wide  is significantly bigger than most displays.   So there's not much upside in posting such large images on your website.  In my experience, smaller images display at their normal size.   Oversized ones do not.

I recommend downsizing  images before inserting them into Portfolio if for no other reason than to reduce bandwidth and  the time it takes for pages to load.  I keep my cover images at about 700px wide as suggested in the knowledgebase article below.

Wrong! 4K is becoming the norm for computer graphics professionals, so I would like my images to post at the size I choose instead of some ridiculously condescending answer about what you think I should do instead of having the Portfolio work as it should.

The link you directed me isn't a forum dedicated to Portfolio where questions can be asked and answered, and it doesn't contain any answer to my question about 2880 pixel image sizes, or anything at all about image size for that matter.

Like it or not, the majority of  WEB site visitors can't see 2880px images on their mobile, tablet and hybrid devices.

That's right.  There is no longer a dedicated user-to-user forum for Portfolio.  Sorry.  Adobe archived it and locked it.  Adobe Portfolio (READ ONLY)
