Question

Why are both activations are being used for same computer?

Looking into my account and I can see that both my activations are being used by the SAME computer. How is this possible?

I posted this same question some time back but no-one was able to give an answer. I spoke to Adobe via their chat but unfortunately the guy wasn't able to help and I don't think he really understood the problem.

I am only using Adobe CC on my main workstation, but within my device list my computer is listed as below;

username's iMac Pro on MAC

username?s iMac Pro on OSX

You can see the difference is that adobe is seeing one as MAC and the other as OSX, and there's the error with the apostrophe. I can't believe I'm the only person in the world to be getting this problem as I've also noticed it happening within two offices I freelance at. I would be really grateful if someone could try to shed some light on this, even better if someone from Adobe could look into this… I need my extra activation for when I freelance on-site.

Same for me.

Please Adobe, do the housework…

Well, it does not look for me to be a major problem. CC is working, except that it shows those strange activations.

Yep - same situation for me. Hasn't caused me any problems thus far though

I have a similar phenomena on 2x2 computers. Seems to be a glitch.

those probably count as one activation.

install on your third computer and test.
