Why don't your apps actually quit when I exit them, Adobe?

I’m on Windows 10, and if I've had a couple of your apps open (the ones I use is Pp, Ae, Ps, Ai & Bridge) and then exit them, why do the following processes still run in the background?

AdobeDesktopService.exe

CoreSync.exe

CCXProcess.exe

CCLibrary.exe

AdobeUpdateService.exe

AdobeIPCBroker.exe

AGMService.exe

AGSService.exe

armsvc.exe

2 instances of node.exe

And what about the CC app itself?

First it doesn't quit when you click the top right corner “X", (you know the button that exists for that very purpose.) It just minimizes to the notification area.

If I then right click the CC app’s icon in the notification area and select quit, “Creative Cloud” still runs in the background.

Why?

There's no legitimate reason for this.
