Why I need to pay from my credit card , I didn’t purchase any plan

I download illustrator on August for trial but I can’t installed to my computer so I cancel on that day.

the problem is I was charge on My credit card.

I came back and check my profile but any plan in my cart? How can I complaint and get refund for it and to make sure that on the November will be no charge from ADOBE.
