Why won't Photoshop Elements 2018 install?

I bought Adobe PS Elements 2018.

Im trying to install it, but it's not working.

All was going smoothly, but then my computer went to sleep in the middle of the installation. Now PS won't install. When I try to start the installation process it asks me if I will accept the app making changes to my device. I click yes and then it it asks if I want to install Adobe PSE 2018 or install Adobe PSE 2018. I click on I stall Adobe PSE and nothing happens after this.

How do I install Adobe PSE 2018?
