Will Adobe remove duplicate charges under a fraudulent account?

So Im on a student account and pay $20 a month. I found that my old email has a non-student Photography account made under another name. It accumulated 41 charges of $10.65 over the years. Adobe can easily see that the cards used for both accounts are mine. Can I please have these 41 charged removed? I've already been paying $20 a month for years. Is there any IP tracker that can see where my ID was being used? Im not a wealthy guy and have student debt payments. Adobe is a multibillion dollar company and I already paid them thousands of dollars. Please remove duplicate charges.
