zero bytes file

Hi,

My office setup with Quantum Xcellis Workflow Director and the storage seems to be working fine but all my adobe users having this issue. The moment they start a project adobe automatically creating a zero bytes file and creating a lot and a lot file.

does any of you experience such a issues?
