Create a repeating region page.

Hi All,

I have created a page: http://www.echoesmagazine.co.uk/news/index.php to display news information from a database. The page is created from a template and has an editable region I have previously created a repeating region in.  However I have created a graphic framework I want the information to sit in and have attached the css file that displays the framework with the editable region.

The problem is that when I attach the editable region it does not repeat the framework.  The area I want to repeat on the screen is as per the attached framework.png image.

I have stripped the region code from the attached file to make it easier to see original code.  Please can someone assist?
