CSS functionality

Hi
As I develop PHP sites I work on a lot of include files. As these don't have the CSS link (the file that includes it does), DW doesn't know about the style sheet so I have to insert the styles manually.

I was wondering if there's a way of associating a CSS file with a document other than in the usual HTML way - just to be able to easily access the styles?

Thanks

RH
