Need Resources

Hi,

Where can I get good resources for creating a simple/not-so-simple On Line store that MAY contain the following:

1. account administration
2. product page
3. add to cart
4. security requirements
5. things that is needed to be done first before proceeding to the construction of the online store

I prefer to use PHP for this. I know there's an option with PayPal to add a cart for your site but I'm just thinking if there are also some tutorials out there so I can learn how to create one.
