Problems with editing/updating SSI file

I created a spry menubar for my site as a server side include file.  When I edit the include file, I do not see the changes reflected in the live web pages, though they do appear in dreamweaver.  I'm new to SSI's and I can't seem to solve this problem!  Here's a link to the site: http://www.siobhanarnold.net/  Any ideas?

We cant really tell because we can see the end result in the code, but we can't see what it is supposed to be. If you are updating your include and the changes are not visible, the only reasons I can think of is

1. You did not upload the changes to the server.

2. You have more than one file and are updaing the wrong one

3.You have a cache issue.

What code is supposed to be up>

OK, I tried uploading the changes again, and this time it's working.  Not sure exactly what happened - thanks for the suggestions!
