    These instructions do not work. Premiere Pro does not show up as an option. I've checked to make sure it was not already installed. I made sure to click on previous versions and it is just not there I've made sure to scroll all the way down and up.

    Edit: Disregard I found that Premiere Pro/After Effect required a 64bit  O/S. Here is the 32bit transition page.
