I do not see an option to download the Acrobat DC upgrade in my account.

I want to install the Acrobat DC update, but it is not appearing as available in my office's account. Does this mean I can't update from Acrobat Pro 11 to Acrobat DC unless I purchase new licenses? Or, where do I go to download updates for our licenses software. Thank you.
