Unable to download .sig file?

Looking at my AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool log file, none of the .sig files are downloading.

06/27/14 11:00:33:537 | [WARN] |  | AAMEE | Utilities | AUSST |  |  | 4580 | Unable to download .sig file D:\AUSST\updates\oobe\aam20\mac\ShareOnBehance1.0-1\1.0.3\setup.sig

For example. Anyone have a clue why? Or how to fix?

      Same problem here except with Flash Professional 13.1.1.  Actually there are a few updates that cannot download the setup.sig file.  I tried deleting the update and performing an incremental update and the same thing happens again.

      AAnother curious thing.  The incremental update does not indicate a problem.  I get an error code "0" but the log file shows the error.
