Border color question

Hello All,

I would like to change the borders of a table for different rows. I have a 10 row document and i want the first 2 rows to have a red border, the next 3 to have a blue border, and the next 5 to have a black border. Is there any way to do this? I would like all the text to be in one table.

Thanks!
Nicole

Well, no, I don't have any other ideas. But I can't get it _not_ to work as it should.

In the Custom Ruling and Shading dialog box, have you clicked the Edit Ruling style button to create your colored rule styles?

And if you have what are your other settings -- you have all four Outside Edge checkboxes for To Selection: checked?

I wish it were that easy. :( I have tried that, but it changes the color of every row, not just the ones I have selected. Any other thoughts?

    Thanks!

Manually, it's easy. Select the rows you want to set, and select Table > Custom Ruling and Shading. Select your locations (outer edges) and the Rule color.

Repeat for the next set of rows.

Automatically, you'd need a FrameScript to set it up.
