Change default value 'distance above baseline'

Hi,

When I place an anchored frame with position 'at insertion point', the default value from the 'distance above baseline' is 0.0pt

Is there a way to change this default value, for example to -2pt? Maybe in maker.ini. Or does anybody know a plugin  witch can do this?

    While not specific to your request, my WS Utilities plugin allows you to configure graphic profiles that can be applied automatically when inserting referenced graphics. See http://www.weststreetconsulting.com/WSC_Utils.htm.
