How do I bypass the registration screen?

We have a volume license for Framemaker 9 and I am trying to get it setup on our Citrix Farm for users to access. One thing that I'd like to do is bypass the registration screen for each new user as that is just going to cause extra support calls when the users don't know what to do with that window. I've been looking around for how Framemaker knows that the registration hasn't been done and launch the window. But I cant' find any information. Everything google is bringing up is related to Framemaker 7 or 8.

Is there any way to do what I need to do?

    Eric,

    This might qualify as an installation issue which entitles you to free support. Have you checked with tech support on this?

    Otherwise, you're going to have to be spelunking through the Registry for this I think. There's no info in the maker.ini giving the status anymore. The info for FM8 might be your best bet.
