Question

Like many other posters, I can't stop mistakenly requested emails!!

Help, please!

I've poked and prodded nook and cranny, peered under myriad stones half-sunk in the beds of gurgling spring-swollen streams and generally looked until I was exhausted, and I can't find a way to stop the torrent of emails that I apparently invited by mistake.

I've toggled "Receive email notification" buttons, changed Preferences, all to no avail. The Adobe user communities have been helpful to me, but obviously, I've made a mistake here, and lovely as all of you people undoubtedly are, I'd like the torrent to stop.

If someone writes or posts with advice, screenshots of what to click would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Lew Yedwab.

Try this to "mass unsubscribe" from entire topics.

You should get a little pop-up appearing telling you that you have unsubscribed when you click on the "Stop email notifications" link in the Actions section. Repeat for all discussion areas you are getting e-mails for.

The only place I know to find info on forum operational problems  is the Forum Comments section, here:
