Question
Span Pages setting in UnstructMasterPageMaps table
FM 8.0.4 Win XP Pro SP3
Hi everyone,
I'm using the UnstructMasterPageMaps reference page table to assign master page pairs to certain paragraph tags. Of particular interest are landscape pages containing multipage tables. The setup will be as follows (unless this discussion produces a better solution):
A paratag called "Anchor Landscape" holds the table anchor and is listed in the UnstructMasterPageMaps table as the triggering paratag. The master page pair exists and is designed appropriately.
I read: "Span Pages applies the master page to all the pages spanned by that paragraph tag."
QUESTION: If I use the "Span Pages" setting, will that set all pages on which a given landscape table appears to the L/R landscape master page pair, as long as the anchor is in the paratag as specified above? In other words, does the presence of the table anchor in that paragraph constitute spanning for purposes of this function/setting?
I hope my question is clear! :)
Thank you kindly,
Elchanan
