My Adobe Illustrator keeps crashing on MacBook Pro. It opens, then once I try to do anything it crashes.

Details: macOS Ventura Version 13.4

Illustrator Version 27.8.1

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, which didn't help, unfortunately.

I have also sent a report to Apple. I would appreciate any help!

Hello @Illusgreta,

Sorry for the delayed response, and thanks for sharing the crash logs. Our team has identified a problem with the Wacom drivers that might be causing the problem.

Would you mind trying to perform a clean reinstall of the latest Wacom drivers (https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006264541-How-do-I-uninstall-manually-and-re-install-the-Wacom-driver-on-macOS-for-a-Pen-Tablet-Pen-Display-or-Pen-Computer-) and checking if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
