Adobe Ilustrator verybad after update 2021 very slow

When I move objects there is a very slow response. and save

My desktop Pc spec

Windows 10 Pro

CPU : Amd threadripper 2950x 16 cores 32 Threads

SSD : M.2

Ram : DDR4 32Gb Bus 3200 mhz

GPU : RTX 2060 Super

Mainboard : Asrock Taichi x399
