We are sorry for the trouble. Multiple users have reported this. This issue is completely dynamic, and we are unable to replicate it on our end. We have collected multiple users' preferences and the Startup Scripts CC folders, but we still couldn't replicate this issue on our machines.

There have been multiple issues reported of this kind with different files in the Startup Scripts being launched when these scripts should not be launched at all. My suggestion would be to delete the jsx file from the location mentioned or probably rename it and then try.
