Align to: set key object as a hotkey?

Is there any way to asign set key object as a hotkey or via script? I have to do it by dynamic in some form.

    Ok, need to do something like in this image. Loading text from an Excel file in two variabels, the yellow box below is grouped with the lower text and is aligned to the glyphs of the first variable which varies in rows. Works well to align with set key object manually but it is like hundreds so not possible to do it that way, any work around? 🙂

    Can you share a sample Illustrator file with instructions?

     

    I think I know what you are going to do, but I'm not quite sure. Perhaps there is a workaround.
