Archivo Illustrator que no guarda cambios.

Hola, Necesito ayuda!

Al hacer cambios en un archivo de Illustrator y tras darle guardar para terminar de trabajar con el archivo, estos cambios nunca se guardan y me genera un archivo _.tmp

Porque pasa esto, y como puedo solucionarlo?

If yes, please try moving the files to a location on the internal drive like the desktop and check if it helps.
