automatic radial order

Good morning everyone!

I have two arches made of dots.

Now I would like to know if there is a way to "order" the dots (or their levels) as they are colored, so in a radial way from left to right.

This is because I have to export to svg and once on my site I will color the dots in the order they were exported.

Is there a way to do this automatically and not by hand?

So the dots must be ordered in radial way, from left to right.
