Can't open document in which high dpi pictures are linked or embedded on apple silicon

Procedure to replicate bug : Open “ImportFileInside.ai” on Mac studio M1 (apple silicon) machine and change the links inside from “FileLowDPI.ai” file to “FileHighDPI.ai” file. It doesn’t work and show an error message but works on Intel based Macs.

WHen you do this, a popup appears that tells you to send the file to an email address. Did you do that?

Because the forum is not frequented by the Illustrator developers.
