Can't unistall 2022 apps

Hi,

I can't unistall 2022 apps on my computer. My student licence has run out so I can no longer use them, and now I wish to unistall them. The problem is that the creative cloud doesn't show the 2022 apps as installed so therefore I cannot unistall them. I have tried unistalling it through my computer in Add or Remove programs but that doesn't work either.

I've tried many things, e.g. installing and unistalling the latest version, as this was meant to override the previous version but it didn't.

Can someone help me out?

Correct answer Monika Gause

I have them in every application folder.

If there is none, please try the Cleaner.

Or contact Customer Care. They should be able to do that for you.

In the application folders there should be an uninstaller. Does that not work?

And then also: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Could you give me more details on where to find the uninstaller. I've searched the program folders and there doesn't seem to be one?

I've used the creative cloud cleaner tool as you have advised and it hasn't done anything.

I would like to uninstall illustrator, photoshop and indesign 2022 on my computer and they do not show up on the creative cloud for me to uninstall.
