Muchas gracias

The file went corrupt when you last saved it.

This can happen when:

you save to an external volume or to a network

the option "Save in background is turned on in the preferences

Illustrator crashed when saving

your harddisk is toast

Hello @PEDRO ALEXAND36182113gbij,

We understand the frustration that comes with losing important work. Illustrator is designed to support working across networks and from removable media or cloud-synced folders such as Google Drive or Dropbox. However, it's important to note that while Illustrator undergoes rigorous testing across various configurations, it's impossible to test every possible setup involving different software, hardware, settings, and access rights.

As Monika suggested, issues like errors, crashes, or unexpected behavior can arise due to different configurations. You can find more information on this topic here: (https://adobe.ly/3PBMgLF).

To mitigate such risks in the future, we recommend saving multiple copies of your work to a local folder on your computer and then manually copying them to external or removable media, or utilizing cloud documents (https://adobe.ly/3PBMhiH).

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help.

Thanks,
Anubhav
