i need help connecting my laptop through lightburn to my Lazor machine

Thanks for reaching out. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly try installing the drivers for your printer and or plugin for Illustrator that the printer supports. As suggested by Monika, the best way to get started with this is to contact your printer's manufacturer.
