Corrupted file due Roughen effect

Has anyone here presented this problem? It started from nothing, I have the latest version of Illustrator installed. I tried searching for the "ú¨J6 ()" plugin but couldn't find anything.

I use this file almost every day, the funny thing is that I don't have any plugin installed. The only "effect" I use is Roughen from the default library.

If I try to move an object with the Roughen effect, the following message appears...

I could just simply rasterize every object with the Roughen effect, which kinds of patch the problem, but that is far from ideal. This archive has a lot of information that I don't want to lose or rework again from scratch.
