Creative cloud and illustrator

Good morning,

I bought the creative cloud subscription about 2 weeks ago and now adobe lightroom and ilustrator are asking me to pay to use them I don't understand why this is happening?

Could anyone help me please ?

I understand your concern. It seems that despite your Creative Cloud subscription purchase, Adobe Lightroom and Illustrator are prompting you to pay again. This issue can be resolved.

 

I recommend trying the following steps:

  • As Monika suggested, try the steps suggested on the following helpx to stop the trial mode after your purchase: Stop Creative Cloud Trial Mode After Purchase.
  • Try logging out and then signing in using the Google login method during the sign-in process. This approach might help resolve the issue you're facing.
