creative cloud crashing

I am new to adobe creative cloud and trying to learn illustrator. However 3 days into my free trial and adobe creative cloud keeps crashed and I have been getting the pop up that creative cloud is damanged or is missing and to download and new copy. I have tried that several times and is not working.

Did you run the Adobe Cleaner tool between uninstall and reinstall?
