CS 4 OR HIGHER FOR SALE?

Hello, does anyone have a CS4 or higher to sell with valid serial numbers? I have CS4 but I downgraded my Win 11 to Win 10 and forgot to de-activate it and also didn't register it on adobe.com so I can't use it at all now.

Please let me know.

So you never get to speak to anyone and present your serial number?

 

 


Nope. The auto chat bot wouldn't let me go further since it couldn't find a registered product. But I installed CS4 as a trial and then was able to enter the serial number successfully! So thanks for all of your responses.

I believe it is worth trying the following:

 

Contact the Adobe support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request to be put in contact with the Adobe Genuine team who may be able to help you.

Thanks. Since I don't have it registered I can't get beyong the auto chat. Any other way to get to the Genuine Team?

No physical product and not registered. Do you have any way to prove (to Adobe, not us) that you are a legal owner?
