Do i need a better performing computer?

Hi All,

I am new to Adobe Illustrator and i am having issues with lag when running a 30MB file. 

I have the latest version of AI v27.1.1

I have gone through the article that suggests system settings for performacne improvement - no luck.

My comptuere is old and i suspect that is the issue: Specs below:

Processor Intel 5Y70 CPU 1.1GHz 1.3 Ghz

RAM 8GB

GPU Intel HD Graphics 5300

Win 10 64bit

What is letting me down? I know that the minimum RAM or AI is 8BG, but 16GB is recommended. Is that the only thing that is letting me down? What about my Processor and GPU?
