Empty screen in the program

 I have installed the application and it enters normally, it does not mark me any error.
When it stops the loading screen and enters the menu, nothing is displayed. However, it is possible to interact with the interface (although nothing is visible). When I try to create a new file, I get the options, but I do not get the background and if I try to paint or do something, nothing is done.
What should I do?

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter technical issues. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

- Close all Adobe applications
- Navigate to the following location:
(Windows) C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
(macOS) Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old
- Relaunch Illustrator

If the problem persists, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, system config (CPU/GPU/Memory), and a screen recording of the problem (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/screen-record-an-issue-on-windows-amp-macos-for-sharing/td-p/12967727), so we can investigate this further.

I hope e is going great.

I followed the above steps and the problem persisted. Here are the specs.
Maybe my computer is not quite compatible, I don't know if it will be possible to install an older version, like 25.

 

 

The startup screen appears like this, but I deactivated the "GPU Performance" option and now I can paint and interact with the program. Although the main menu looks like this

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.
