Error Actualización 27.0

Hola, no estaría logrando actualizar la nueva version de Ai 27.0. Me salta error de actualización y en más información solo me dice que lo intente más tarde o que hable con asistencia al cliente (código de error: 306).

Alguien pudo solucionar este problema?
