Question

How do I make a bleed for a radius with 2 different colors?

I'm making this sign, and need to add a .25" bleed for production.

I've added curves around the edges of the animal photo, that both have 2 colors involved with the bleed. I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how to add these colors properly on the extra .25".

Any advice on how to stretch these areas out to make the bleed properly? Any help is much appreciated.

Here is a rough sketch:

How is your image produced? Is there a label? Then you can design the background as a rectangular area with your colours after consulting your printer and create your cutting line (where the label is to be cut) according to the printer's specifications. Often an additional layer is used for this, e.g. an outline with a certain thickness and the solid colour magenta.

Why do you need a bleed? You will lose your round corners.

Edit: I believe the way pixelschubser interprets it is the correct way.
