i cant intall it. it dosent work

im trying to install the adobe illustrator and it open a browers that it says that im log in and i have to continue but it dosent work. im waiting and it dose the same thing again

What operating system is your computer running? What kind of hardware is in the computer (CPU, graphics card, amount of RAM, hard disc type and capacity, etc)?
