Illustrator 2024 v28 will not download to Applications on Mac

Hi,

I usually have my CC programs set to automatic updates, but this new version of Illustrator, while it seems to have downloaded and will open and function perfectly fine, will keep giving me an error code when I go to move this into my main Applications folder where all of my other Adobe products usually reside. What's strange is I can't find any error codes, it will just say that it needs to be downloaded, which is obviously not true because it works just fine (image of the error message attached).

I've tried uninstalling and even clearing out old versions and nothing has stuck. It seems to not like uploading to iCloud which is fine, but I'm also trying to move it to my local harddrive which makes that part moot.
