I really need Illustrator 25.4.5 to download and install in my Mac. This is my best option compatible with Mojave. Please, Could someone help me?

That version is no longer available directly through CC.

You can try contacting support and asking if they can make a direct download available, but be prepared for them to obfusticate and tell you to update your computer:
