• Are you trying to launch it by double clicking on a file? If yes, where the file is saved? What if you open it directly from System
• What error does it show when you try to launch it?

Can you please expand on exactly what is happening with Illustrator?

What Computer System? What version of Illustrator?

Does Illustrator not open at all? Does it open and you can't do anything. Does it freeze when you try to do something. Does it quit when you try to do something?

Without more information, we have no way of helping you.
