Anyone with any magic or fixes?

i'm having the same issues, ever since 2024 updates started, the worst part is the program it self doesnt even recognizes it crashed, even though i can select anything, move anything or use any tools or click anything on the toolbar (top menu options) until i force quit it, then it generates a crashed and retrives my files but there is always something lost. Not to mention the that my focus is broken by an error of the program.

I have a mackbook pro 2020, 1,4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, 16GB ram, Sonoma 14.2.1.
It happens ramdomly, but mosty, i think, if i haven't saved for a while, no files in specific.

Please try and update Sonoma to 14.4

Updated to the lastest sonoma 14.4.1 and still the same happens, in the 6 days that follow it has already crashed 4 times.
Different files, at different times, no special features, the only common thing might be it's with files that have links (not a lot) and 3D.
Illustrator does not realise by it self that it crashes and i have to go on console and force quit it myself. Sometimes, after i relaunch it issues an crash notice but others it doesn't even realise. One of the 4 times it crashed in these 6 days it run diagnostics test on launch.

Please tell us about your hardware and system. And plugins, fonts, font management

Do you reboot regularly?

Did you already reset the preferences?

Is it always the same thing you are doing when it crashes?
