Illustrator crashes every time I try to drag objects with mouse

Hi Everyone,

restart solves the issue temporarily but after a while it comes back. Here is the crash report in my mac.

    Try reinstalling AI and updating it to the most recent version of CS6 before anything else.

    No, that doesn't help; running Illustrator 27.2 in Mac OS Ventura 13.1, M1 processer—this keeps happening to me as well.  This began with version 27—crashing whilst dragging an object.  Also, interestingly, after restarting, Snap to Point is disabled every time.

    Hi Shihan,

    Does the app crashes after a specific workflow? Are there any third party plugin installed? Did you try resetting the preferences, if not please do and then check. For more details see : How to set preferences in Illustrator

    Hi OM,

    Resetting preference did not help. It doesn't happen for a specific workflow, it just happens all the time. I don't think there is any third party plug in installed.
