Illustrator startet nicht mehr

nach den letzten Updates lässt sich der Illustrator nicht mehr starten.

 

Die einzige Möglichkeit das Programm zu starten, ist wenn man auf Problembehandlung geht und dann wird der Kompatibilitätsmodus für Win 8 (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) ausgewählt. Dadurch wird das Programm aber katastrophal langsam. 

 

Wenn man den Kompatibilitätsmodus wieder deaktiviert, lässt sich das Programm wieder nicht starten. 

 

Leider gibt es auch bei Google hierzu keine hilfreichen Informationen.

Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-20de74e0-ac7f-3502-a866-32915af2a34d) and checking if it helps?

Is the latest version compatible with Windoze8?

We use WIN 10 but the repair mode puts it in win 8 compatibility mode.

I assume you've done a prefs reset or trash?

If so, I'd try using the Cleaner Tool to wipe your previous version and all it's preferences so you get a clean install.
