yes i can easly save any image in different differnt file formats, but only image trace issue i am facing..

And what exactly is happening step by step.

How large is the image you are trying to trace?

Yes i am just sharing those screens shots what i face the issue. Image size is not so big and only Black color based image is this.Please take attachment and help me out of this..

Can you please tell us your hardware specifications, the system and version of Illustrator?

Does it help saving that image in a different file format?
