IMPORT operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [2067]

Hello,

I am trying to import a .dxf file into Illustrator and getting the above error. Can you assist?

I see other posts on this issue but unable to rectify.

Hi Janeh,

we need more information to help you. Which version of Adobe Illustrated are you using? On which OS are you running the software? Does this problem occur with all files? What type of files are you trying to import?
